As well as composing music for professional orchestras and ensembles, there have been works for amateurs to perform. 

"Telling Tales" is a childrens musical, based of the fables of Aesop. It was first performed in 1995 by the children of Avonmore Primary School,in West Kensington in London, performed as an unstaged 'canata' under the title "A Fox's Tale". A college version was then produced and performed by a cast from Langside College in Glasgow, who took the show in a fully staged version to the 2004 Edinburgh Festival for a week long run. It then was re-staged and performed by the XLC Theatre Company in Glasgow, at the Oranmor Theatre for a week in 2005. It then toured throughout the UK in another fully staged production in 2006, ending with a week long shortly after at the Riverside Studios in London.

"Home Psalms" is a collection of Introits and Anthems for choir in two or three parts.
